9. Account deletion

DCC PrintIQ accounts are created and managed by DCC for staff, authorised dealers and customers — they are not self-registered. To request deletion of your account and the personal data held against it, email privacy@groupdcc.com from the address your account uses, or in the app go to More → Account → Delete my account, which sends the same request. We will acknowledge the request and delete the account and its associated personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal, tax or warranty purposes.
